I've spent my career helping people, solving problems, and building teams. My professional journey started in healthcare, where I worked with doctors, nurses, and support staff both in the United States and internationally. Those experiences taught me that strong leadership starts with listening, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to the people you serve.

Later, I joined my husband's insurance agency and helped guide the business through a period of growth. I found that I loved helping teams get organized, creating simple solutions to complex challenges, and bringing clarity to situations that felt overwhelming.

My passion for service extends beyond business. As a volunteer firefighter and certified EMS provider, I've had the opportunity to support my community during some of their most difficult moments. Those experiences reinforced the importance of staying calm under pressure, leading with confidence, and always focusing on what matters most.

Today, I bring those experiences into my work as a business coach. I enjoy partnering with business owners who are looking for more clarity, better systems, and a path forward that aligns with their goals.
